It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable & relaxing as possible. Both the main bedroom and sofa sleeper come equipped with a memory foam mattress, so no more fighting over who gets the good bed, you will be comfortable no matter where you lay your head for the night. * Amenities include, but are not limited to: * Kitchen: * Stovetop & Oven * Stocked with Pots, Pans, Herbs & Spices, Plates, Silverware, Utensils, & Cleaning Supplies * Full-sized Refrigerator * Outdoor Living Space: * Wrap-Around Deck * Gas Grill * Bistro Table & Chairs * Firepit with Seating (firewood can be purchased at the local Town & Country Super Market) * Deck area overlooking creek * Grotto with fire pit and fossils! * Living Room: * Smart TV * Blue-ray Player * Dock for Nintendo Switch * NES Emulator with over 500 games * Bathroom: * Stocked with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner * Bidet? Feel free to let us know if there are other activities you discover during your stay other guests may also enjoy. * A railroad runs the the Southwest on a hill and the train does blow it's horn while crossing intersections. While inside the house the noise is minimal, but may be loud outside for some guests. * The home is heated and cooled via a Mini-Split system located in the living area. If the bedroom door is closed this does not allow for proper air circulation and may make the bedroom stuffy. A small space heater and fan have been provided for your comfort, please feel free to use them at your discretion.
